I’ve been working on this new app for a few weeks, and I believe it is ready for feedback from testers. I put together a teaser video to help people understand what it does, without giving too much away. I am still waiting for Apple to approve the submission for testers, so hopefully I’ll get enough people to make it worth while.
It is all based on a story I heard on NPR – How 5 minutes of movement can change your life : Up First from NPR. The Up First podcast is one I listen to every day, and after spending the last 6 years or so walking, and losing 70 lbs myself, I felt this was a great way to kick it up a bit.
