During this time, I am watching <a href=\"https:\/\/www.disneyplus.com\/series\/the-beatles-get-back\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Beatle&#8217;s Get Back<\/a> documentary directed by Peter Jackson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve always liked their music, and have enjoyed watching the back room machinations of their time in 1969.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I can tell that I&#8217;ve been working in an Agile world, when I came to the realization that almost every day the Beatles did a retrospective.  They looked at what went well during their session that day, what they may focus on the next day, and what they have learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also started each day easing their way into all the challenges coming up, sitting around and talking.
