This app is designed for people how work sitting down most of the day. It will help them improve their health by getting to do a 5 minute, 2mph walk, every hour during their work day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will remind them, but won’t nag them. It will leverage Apple’s HealthKit to capture the data, providing the user with a safe, private, secure tracking mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those who wish to keep track of their progress, intents will submit reminders into the Apple Journal App for capturing their feelings and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
